Although entrance fees  are a little pricey, the view that you can get here is unbeatable. An oldie but a goodie, head to the world’s second tallest observation wheel to access an unfiltered and unobstructed view of the Marina Bay area and the fireworks. While tickets are definitely on the pricier side, unless you get a personal helicopter, you won’t be able to get the same views anywhere else! Do remember to book your tickets in advance.

Located right next to the Floating Platform, this is an ideal location to view the fireworks display on New Year’s Eve. But be prepared for tons of people and blown out eardrums as Singaporeans from all over gather here for the exact same reason as to why you’re there – the fireworks!

With restaurants, bars and an ice-cream stall close by, this convenient and accessible area will always be jampacked when there are fireworks to be seen. Have dinner at one of the nearby restaurants, grab a drink at one of the bars (or an ice-cream for the kids) and get here early so you don’t miss the opportunity to grab a front-row seat!

Located just a stone’s throw away, this bridge offers you a view of Marina Bay, the Esplanade, the Merlion and the fireworks display all at once. Be at the heart of it all. Countdown to 2018 at Marina Bay and watch the fireworks go off at midnight. Situated right in front of Marina Bay Sands, this is prime location to celebrate the New Year and enjoy the fireworks display. This year, there are many activities being lined up in lieu of the countdown – the Prudential Marina Bay Carnival which will start on 8th December 2017 and the Santa Run for Wishes held on 9th December. There will even be hourly showcases of building projections from 8pm between the 26th – 31st December 2017.
