What happens after I made a booking?
You will receive an order confirmation email with the subject header within 24 hours from your booking: Your LocoMole Merchant order receipt
You will also receive the voucher email titled Redemption Voucher

Why can't I book more than one (1) self-guided walking tour?
Currently each user ID can only book one (1) self-guided walking tour for each type.
For group bookings, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at +65 2554645 during Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 6pm (SG time), except Public Holidays.
What if I need to make changes to my booking?
Please check your voucher booking details and validity period for attraction tickets and workshops.
For self-guided walking tour, there is no expiry date. Once it is downloaded, it is non-transferable to another user. If you change your mobile device, you may access your downloaded trail by logging into your LocoMole user ID.
If you delete the app, you may not be able to retrieve your purchased trail.
All tickets sold and issued as well as purchases of mobile trails are non-refundable.
What currencies does LocoMole accept?
Currently, we display prices for Singapore Dollar (SGD) and US Dollar (USD) on our website
What mode of payment does LocoMole accept?
You can pay via any credit/debit card even if you do not have an account with Paypal.
What was my payment declined by Paypal?
There could be several different reasons you’re seeing a decline error message or your payment won’t go through. If your debit or credit card was declined, check to see if:
Your card is expired or out of date—if the card you have on file doesn’t have your current billing address or is expired it will be declined. You can update your card’s expiration and/or your billing address quickly and easily in your PayPal account.
You need to confirm your card—your card may need to go through a confirmation process. Please note if there’s no “confirm credit card” link on your card details page within your PayPal Wallet, you don’t need to complete this step.
Your card company or bank has more information—if the above steps don’t solve the issue, you can call your credit card company to identify the problem. To protect your privacy, your debit or credit card company or card issuer doesn’t tell PayPal why your card was declined. If you can still use your card, please try your transaction again.
